Welcome to Swarali Fashion (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). We value your trust and aim to deliver the highest quality imitation jewellery to our customers across India. This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy explains how we handle requests related to returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Information Technology Act, 2000, and guidelines from the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.
At Swarali Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare situations where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer an easy and transparent process for return, refund, or exchange, subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The product received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (not as per order).
The return/exchange request is raised within the specified time frame.
We have 3 day returns policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
The product was used, worn, or handled carelessly.
The product differs slightly in color or appearance due to screen resolution or lighting (as imitation jewellery may appear different under various lighting conditions).
Products such as earrings, nose pins, mangalsutras, or customized pieces (made to order) due to hygiene and customization considerations.
Products purchased during sale, offer, or clearance events.
3. Conditions for Returns/Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and bills must be intact.
An unboxing video (clearly showing the opening of the sealed package and product condition) is mandatory for any return or damage claim.
Requests without valid video proof may be declined.
4. Time Frame for Returns
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the order.
Requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Our support team will review the request within 2 working days.
Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
The item must be securely packed and shipped back as per instructions.
Defective damage and exchange products will be given replacement and delivered in next 3-10 days.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are issued via original payment method (UPI, Bank transfer, Phone Pe, Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).
In cases of partial returns or promotional offers, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds may be delayed due to banking processes; if not received after 10 business days, contact your bank or us at swarali@swaralifashion.com.
7. Non-Refundable or Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product safety:
Earrings, nose pins, anklets, mangalsutras, customized or personalized jewellery are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
Sale or discounted items are also not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@swaralifashion.com with an unboxing video OR Whats app chat on 917387422504 with an unboxing video.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a fault from our end (damaged, wrong product), Swarali Fashion will bear the shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, the refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
11. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect products.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement will be processed once the returned item passes inspection.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account or UPI app again.
Contact your payment provider (some banks take up to 10 business days).
Retaining proof of dispatch (tracking ID) until the return is received by us.
Swarali Fashion is not liable for loss or damage during return transit caused by inadequate packaging.
14. Company Rights
Swarali Fashion reserves the right to:
Reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Decline refund requests without proof of damage or unboxing video.
Modify or amend this policy as required by law or business needs.
